Suzy Amis Cameron is an environmental leader, pioneering entrepreneur, and devoted mother of five and grandmother, committed to creating a thriving, sustainable future for our planet. As the CEO and Founder of Inside Out LLC, she leads a global community of changemakers across food, fashion, education, media, wellness, science, and technology—collaborating with some of the world’s top universities and institutions to drive systems-level transformation. Suzy is the author of The OMD Plan and the visionary behind the OMD Movement, which encourages climate-friendly eating one plant-based meal at a time. She is also the co-founder of MUSE Global School, Verdient Foods, and founded Red Carpet Green Dress, among other mission-driven ventures.In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Suzy serves on the boards of IMAGINE and Carnegie Learning. She has executive produced the award-winning documentary The Game Changers, Milked, Let Them Be Naked and docuseries JUNK. Earlier in her career, Suzy appeared in more than 25 films, including Titanic and The Usual Suspects.
Blair Knippel (CAN)

Blair Knippel, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois) is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Inside Out LLC. He plays a central role in advancing the company’s purpose-led strategy, overseeing acquisitions, operations, and financial architecture across Inside Out’s initiatives in the U.S., New Zealand, Europe, and Canada. Blair works closely with founder Suzy Amis Cameron to translate vision into execution across a portfolio committed to planetary and human well-being. Before joining Inside Out, Blair was CFO and General Manager of Verdient Foods, where he led its growth and sale to Ingredion Corporation. He later advised Ingredion and Indigenous-led investment initiatives in the food sector. A former Tax Partner at Deloitte Canada, Blair brings over three decades of cross-sector leadership in finance, operations, and strategy. Blair also serves as CFO for several family-led global businesses and sits on multiple boards spanning food, technology, life sciences, and Indigenous economic development.
Matteo Ward (ITA)

Matteo Ward leads Inside Out’s Fashion, Textiles & Home vertical, shaping sustainable strategies for apparel, interiors, and design innovation. He is also the co-founder of WRÅD and serves as Vice President of Fashion Revolution Italia. Matteo advises the EU on cultural sustainability through the New European Bauhaus and is a frequent speaker, author, and media contributor. His work bridges activism, design, and education to accelerate responsible business in the global fashion system.
Carl MacInnes (NZ)
EVP Innovation
Carl MacInnes leads the Science & Technology vertical at Inside Out, advancing breakthrough innovations across food, health, materials, and sustainability. He oversees research strategy and commercialization pathways for new technologies. Carl brings decades of global experience spanning consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, software, and advanced manufacturing. He has co-founded ventures in nutrition, behavioral science, and marketing. Known for turning complexity into action, Carl works across disciplines to bring ideas from lab to market.
Brandon Lane (USA)

Brandon Lane is the CEO of Inside Out Education, guiding the transformation of IO’s global learning ecosystem. He integrates MUSE Global Schools, MICA physical-AI technology, and immersive experiences across IO’s food, fashion, wellness, media, and science, research and technology ventures to create a modern, student-centered approach to learning. Grounded in sustainability and systems thinking, Brandon designs structures that make education experiential and passion-based, helping young people grow with agency, curiosity, and real-world purpose.
Ida Beerhalter (GER)

Ida Beerhalter advises Inside Out on global investment strategy, family governance, and financial structuring. She is Co-Head of IOME, a private investment partnership based in Riyadh, and sits on multiple international boards. Ida brings extensive experience across wealth management, social business, education, and impact investing. A frequent advisor to family offices, she has received several awards for her work advancing financial literacy, succession planning, and inclusive leadership in the global investment space
Julie Parnell (USA)
Director of Marketing
Julie Parnell leads marketing at Inside Out, driving brand development, campaign strategy, and cross-vertical storytelling. With over two decades of experience, she has led marketing efforts across software, finance, and aviation before shifting to mission-driven work with OMD and MUSE Global School. Julie brings a strategic approach to brand growth rooted in values-driven communication and audience engagement. She holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston and lives in California.
Cole Thompson (USA)
Director of Strategic Finance
Cole Thompson oversees strategic finance at Inside Out, supporting capital planning, investment analysis, and long-term financial modeling. He works across teams to translate business goals into clear financial structures. Prior to Inside Out, Cole was a consultant at Deloitte advising Fortune 100 clients on M&A transactions. He later worked with early-stage startups as a fractional CFO. Cole is based in California and brings a pragmatic approach to planning, growth, and resource deployment.
Mattia Battagion (ITA)
Senior Advisor on Sustainability
Mattia Battagion leads sustainability integration at Inside Out, providing cross-vertical guidance that embeds regenerative practices and long-term impact strategy across IO’s six sectors. He develops systems that help teams align environmental stewardship, social impact, and commercial performance, ensuring sustainability is a core driver of operations and innovation. With deep experience in global sustainability frameworks and sector-wide strategy, he is particularly focused on building scalable governance structures and reporting systems that strengthen IO’s commitments to climate action, equity, and transparent impact measurement.
